1. Buyer sends his/her order to TFD via email with the following details:

- Mailing Address:
- Item Code:
- Size:
- Color:
- Quantity:
2. TFD will confirm stock status and reply with the payment details
3. Buyer transfers payment to TFD with an email indicating his/her postal details
4. TFD acknowledges the receipt of payment, processes the order and sends out item within the next working day (for in-stock items only, for pre-order stock, please allow at least 15 days for stock to be shipped)

- All iten pricing are non-negotiable
- Payment to be made via fund transfer to our POSB Account.
- Full payment has to be made within 3 days of order confirmation
- Items sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable, subjected to the sole discretion of TFD
- Delivery method by mail, either normal mail postage or registered article, to be borne by Buyer
- TFD shall not be liable for any lost mail. Registered mail is strongly recommended for all purchases.
